What we collect
Reading the publication does not require creating an account. We load no analytics package, advertising network, tracking pixel, social plugin or third-party script. The contact form on the contact page does not transmit data to a server and does not store messages — it only shows a thank-you state in your browser.
Cookie-consent choice on your device
The only information we store on your device is your cookie-consent choice. The key is named cookie-consent. It is kept in the browser’s local storage on your device. Its value is either accept or refuse. It remains until you clear site data or use the “Cookie preferences” control in the footer to decide again. Nothing is written before you choose.
Server logs
Like most hosts, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example IP address, date and time, requested URL and user agent) for security and continuity. Those logs are retained for a limited period by the host — typically up to 12 months — and are not used by us to build reader profiles.
Purposes, legal bases and retention
- Remembering your cookie preference — legal basis: your consent (or your refusal, which we also respect). Retention: until you clear it or change it.
- Answering email you send us — legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or steps prior to a contract where relevant. Retention: only as long as needed to handle the request, then deleted unless a legal duty requires keeping it.
- Securing the site via host logs — legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure publication. Retention: according to the host’s log policy, as above.
No sale or international transfer by us
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing. We do not send reader data abroad for processing beyond what the host may perform to deliver the website itself.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and portability of data you provided to us where the processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.

Complaints

Children
The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
